How to render 2D pan/zoom of a camera with Vray?

When I check at my camera "Render 2D pan/zoom" it renders completely unsharp with Vray.
How can I solve it properly?

Can you attach an example scene?

Is this with the GPU, or the CPU? Also - what V-Ray and Maya versions is this with?
Enabling 'render pan and zoom' is all you need to do and it should work.
