Hi all, one quick question:
If I, say, take a ramp texture in maya with a simple black to white gradient and pipe a texture (or other procedural) into the white input, then hook this simple network up to a projection node and into the displacement shader of a vrayMat it still displaces the geo across the entire gradient of the ramp. In renderman or arnold it does, as one would expect, scale the displacement from 0 to full aka black to white. Am I missing a switch that needs to be set or is this a feature not supported? Same for volume noise etc.

UPDATE: was a wonky setup on our part. works as expected.
