  • DWAA compression - control which aov's are lossy / lossless

Hey is there a way when using dwaa comression to tell vray which channels are lossy and which are lossless. Example I would always want my world point position and UVW aov's to be lossless whilst my beauty build passes being lossy.
We are having problems where UVW an PPpasses created from samplerinfo vray element are having the lossy compression applied.

    Thanks
    Alistair

At the moment we don't have such functionality but even if we did the OpenEXR with DWA compression could use only RLE method of compresion which is not very effective. The compression will be very low and the UVW and world point position render elements will make the file almost large as the original EXR, which will contradict the point of the DWA compression that aims very small files.
