    Is this really the only way to get it working?

      I don't think it is that complicated honestly
      Once you have your 2 LUTs exported and ready, it is just drag and drop
      I could have posted the 2 LUTs, but some people use P3 monitors including me.. so I explained the workflow of how I get this to work

      And yeah I agree with Vlado, it is Adobe's Fault.. After Effects is a bit better at this, but still you better use Nuke or Fusion honestly

        Photoshop reads the EXRs linearly, so the issue is only with the view transform it uses by default.
        If you wanna convert maps or do something in 32 bit.. the math should be correct(even though you cannot see the result through an ACES ODT in PS, you gonna need the workflow I explained)
