Toon line quality.

Im trying to render out a VRayToon render element.

The quality im getting is not expected, I have "Toon Render Element Only" switched on and the quality is terrible.

If I switch it off the result is fine, but I dont want it in my render and dont want to go set up render layers for it.

What could be causing this?

raise the minimum AA. vray uses what's under the toon layer to decide how much AA to do so if it's all black it wont up the sample rate.
