Cryptomatte MultiMatte and VrayToon outlines

I'm rendering a scene that has toon outlines by using VRayToon. I've noticed that the outlines also appear in both crypto matte and multi matte passes. Is there any way, aside from overriding it in another render layer, to exclude toon outlines from render elements?

Yes.
Add toon render element and make sure you tick "Toon render elements only" in the toon options.
