VDB sequence dont render

Hi guys, I received a VDB sequence from Houdini, in VFB it appears all right, but when I do BatchRender it doesn't load and doesn't appear, what can it be? using Vray5 for Maya 2019 win10.

while they solve the problem with the Batch Render you can render an animation with the VFB2 I’m using this method for render my animations
