How to bake scene info into a render

Im wondering how I can bake scene info like camera name, frame number etc into a render. I remember that render time and some other info was possible in previous versions, but I cant see how to do it in Vray 5. Also, is there a list of possible options we can add to the baked in?

I see VFB5 layer stamp support was added but I dont know where it is...can anyone point it out?

The option is located in the render settings (Settings>System>Show Frame Stamp). You can see the available parameter wildcards here.

Ah nice one! thanks! Is it possible to add custom text? Like if I wanted to have a version number in the stamp.

Yes, the wildcards do that. To get the core version use the following variable:

%vraycore

FYI, another way to add a stamp to the frames is through the VFB2 (Stamp layer located above the Display Correction), where additional wildcards are presented.

Oh man....I feel stupid now....it was staring me in the face all along. I did even do a doc search, but clearly not well enough.
