Bloom/Glare effect

Is there a way to get the bloom/glare effects you get in the VFB Lens Effects without using the VFB Lens Effects?

Well, the Maya native lens effects are still an option. Otherwise, you can always add the V-Ray lens effect post-render through the vdenoise.exe if that helps.
