Blend landscape to road

I'm not sure if this something that V-Ray can do or not.

Is there a way to blend the landscape mesh to the road mesh?



I've tried using a V-Ray blend material and a ramp in the blend amount but there are still harsh borders between the two borders.

Depending on the situation I use a Round Edges node. with a blend material.

That pointed me in the right direction.


Just had to play with the ramp and the UVs of the road. I will play with the round edges and see what else I get.
