Eula persists after each Maya instance

Maya 2022 + Vray 5.20.02
Maya 2023 + Vray 6.10
MacOS Monterey 12.6.7

Is there a way to remove the EULA after each new Maya instance is launched? Maybe its a permissions thing? Could it be because I'm using a virtual environment?
