OCIO file location not loading

Hi folks.
I have had to install VRay for Sketchup to work on client files but I have noticed now that back in Maya the VFB can no longer switch to any other display correction - None, sRGB,Gamma 2.2, OCIO and ICC are not able to be selected.
The OCIO location is empty.
even if I load up an OCIO file I still cant switch

Would this be because both VRay for SketchUp and Maya are installed??

Maya colour management prefs are set to
<MAYA_RESOURCES>/OCIO-configs/Maya2022-default/config.ocio

Check if you have an empty OCIO environment variable.
