Any ideas or tips for outdoor lighting at night? An HDRI of a night scene? Any suggestions?

Yes, HDRs are commonly used, you can place it in a Vray Skydome and start lighting your scene. You can find many free online.

You can also use a Vray sun/sky, lower the sun below the horizon and you will get a nice night mood, otherwise a good hdr will do the job.3D Scenes, Shaders and Courses for V-ray and Corona

I think an HDR of a night sky and a dome light will get the effect I'm looking for. Thanks.
Good examples damaggio. The top one reminds of Cyberplunk 2077 for some reason.
