OCIO ACES Proper workflow

Hi There! I am trying to work out what the best way to take advantage of OCIO workflow ACEScg using Maya and After Effects. but mostly Maya. I can do tests and figure out the AE part.
Here is a video showing my workflow that works but I don't think it is the "right way as my view transform is Raw and my image output is baked to the file so I can't adjust it in AE.
I am in maya 2023 and vray 6.2

Well, baking the OCIO is surely not the best option. Our documentation has a detailed topic about how to set up ACES in Maya. Afterward, for the textures to match, you would need to set up 3dCoat to use an ACES view transform. I am not familiar with the software, however, I've found this thread and video, showing it is implemented to a certain extent.
