Am I right in thinking that an ortho camera by its nature cannot output depth-based effects such as depth of field and Z-depth passes?
Based on some simple tests this seems to be the case.
I have a situation where I want to render with an ortho view but need depth info. If this is a hard incompatibility I may have to settle for using a super long lens to get as close to ortho as I can.
