  • extra tex issue

    to save creating another render layer in maya I would like to use the extra tex function in the render elements to map mattes for text on packaging etc(eg, mapping a black & white bitmap of a logo) . This sort of works but if the object has multiple UV's it puts the texture over everything with a UV. Is there a way to isolate which UV it is applied to ? or , if not could this be implemented somehow.
