Hi,
I have an animation with a moving camera and moving objects on a landscape. I know I can put a MtlWrapper on the background to remove it and still have the original material attached and producing GI. What I want is for the objects to be rendered on one layer and the background on another layer.
I can render the whole sequence twice, one for objects and then one for the background, but is there a way to do this in one render instead? Is there a way to get the hidden material in the MtlWrapper to come out as a separate layer of images?
