Does Standalone version has shellac?

I have heard that to get a good skin material you have to use shellac option. But I don't found it anywhere in Standalone version. Does it support it yet? If does, where I can find it? Thanks.

The shellac effect can be achieved by using the Adaptive mode of the VRayBlendMtl (http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/maya...arameters_dirt).
