  • About VrayMtl Self-Illumination

    We must use now "Self-Illumination" field of VrayMtl Material for do materials with incandescence, in place of use VrayBlendMtl for mix VrayMtl with VrayLightMtl?.

    What is the equivalency in lumens for rgb = 1,1,1?. Equal that VrayLightMtl, as we can read in 3dsMax documentation?.

    I don't think self-illumination is intended to be a physical light. I may be wrong, but I thought it was just for faking some effects, like the ambient slot in a lambert?
