Hi Guys,
I'm getting the error in the title and just don't know what to check anymore:
I have this setup:
A linux server where the vray license server is running.
5 Imac's with maya and vray installed
1 of those is my workstation from where I start jobs which have DR enabled,
I have added the other four (static) ip's in the maya DR settings list.
1 of the machines (192.168.1.12) always gives the above error, one of the others ( 192.168.1.18 ) sometimes.. the other two never give any errors. I can ping all the machines from my workstation.
On every machine vray.exe is running, i pointed to the license server correctly..
Sometimes i get black blocks in my render, but other times not..
on every machine i enabled, wake on lan if they are asleep, actually i even disabled sleep..
when I batch render I can see in the log that vray starts using 3 hosts for DR, but then during rendering irradiance or light cache, some of the hosts won't respond anymore and the render fails..(blocks..)
can you guys help me solve this?
