    try with enabling "Check sample visibility" option of the Irr map. Also set "Secondary rays bias" value to 0.01 in case you have some overlapping faces there.

      all the tips for the moving camera worked great , thanks.
      Im trying to apply the same method to a different interior shot that has a static camera but moving objects, but it seems to be still produce some artifacts on some larger moving objects. Is this method still the best way for static cam & moving objects?

        Light Cache retrace? I think it is a new parameter in the nightlies.
