Maya 2012 and vray 2.0 speed improvements

For anyone who is doubting to upgrade to maya 2012 and/or vray 2.0,

I am experiencing serious speed improvements, most notable in the UI of maya and the
responsiveness of vray RT!!

and I've only been comparing a scene with maya 2011 and vray 2.0 beta, for some minutes... so I must confess this is more an enthousiastic report than a extensive thorough test..

I'm on OSX btw

From what I could understand, the UI for Maya 2012 should be generally faster, due to some improvements in the Qt library for Mac OS X.
