2.0beta - some tests

Hi there,

a few points I figured out it is not working with RT:
- caustics
- env fog
- sss2


hmm.. please let me know if this should work ?

testing: 2.0beta on Linux Fedora

Yep, these don't work for the moment; the environment fog and sss2 will be supported eventually, but not for the original 2.0 release.
