I've figure out the problem. There is now support for CPU groups in V-Ray and maybe in 3ds Max and Maya too. So it can only utilize one group with 60 cores but there is another group with 20 cores that idle. Can Chaos Group add support for CPU groups in future releases?
Here is some tests. I have DR Spawner running on CPU group #1 (60 cores) and 3ds max 2012 running on CPU group #0 (20 cores). Total CPU load reaches 50% maximum. All cores of group #0 and 20 cores (different ones, changing from time to time) of group #1 is active. Still can't load 100% of machine resources.
P.S. Can't do same thing with Maya. Cause DR for maya works different way...
Just make some test again:
1) 3ds max - 60 cores, dr spawner - 20 cores. 100% CPU load. 1 hour 20 minutes per frame;
2) 3ds max - 20 cores, dr spawner - 60 cores. 50% CPU load. 20 minutes per frame;
VERY STRANGE results...
P.S. Same scene. About 18 GB memory load (64 GB total onboard).
