I have read the posts on converting shaders from Max to Maya, which works fine, and I've seen Vlado respond to duke2 (http://www.chaosgroup.com/forums/vbu...mpatibility%3F) saying there is/would be an intermediate mark-up or other scene description to go between the various applications vray is supported by.
Does anyone currently have such a pipeline working? Currently, I'm transferring our maya scenes to max via FBX. I've tried using vray proxies, but there are issues with scale and I still don't get the materials in.
any suggestions?
