Is there a way to get this pass in render? or do you just export a cam? the compositor wants to do some relighting in nuke

camera normals?

One way to do it is to use a VRayNormals render element; this is in ray space though; not in camera space, so it might be a bit hard to use. An alternative is to use a VRayExtraTex render element with a samplerInfo node attached to it, where the camera normal from the samplerInfo is attached to the rgb inputs of the VRayExtraTex.
