  • No latest stable build for Linux?

I noticed that the stables aren't always available for all platforms. Is it ok to use the latest 2012 for OS X ( 20110918 ) and mix with the next available for Linux ( 20110916 )?

Is this generally how you work, not building for all platforms each date? And in that case, is it generally ok to mix build numbers on different oses?

    Best Regards,
    Max

    Hi,
We try to have builds for every platform each day, but sometimes the build fails for some of the platforms.

At the moment it is not recommended to mix OS-es, because there is some difference in the noise patterns.
We will try to fix them in the near future. But keep in mind that there are small differences which could result
in different image on different OS-es/machines/compilers.

For the build numbers if you're not using something that is added to the new build, there is no problem using
    20110918 and 20110916.

    Hope it helps,

In this particular case, it is ok.
