  • VrayFur and shadows

As far as I've noticed VrayFur Objects doesn't receive shadows. Is that correct or am I missing some point? And if it is correct would it be possible to add it?
    best regards,

It should receive shadows - this works fine for me. What kind of light are you using?

Some VrayRectLights, and, the more important part VraySun behind a refractive huge scattered soft toned glass wall which should be noticeable on the fur. Maybe the influence of an overbright spotlight, unlinked from every geometry. just causing caustics is the problem.. will figure it out in the evening, when at home..

ok, sorry.. was my fault... Just like explained in prev. post, I had the spotlight for caustics creation way to bright, so the shadows got overlit. everything is fine with vrayfur
