I know this one might not be high priority with you guys, but it seems the uninstaller_chaos.app won't work when the build has been installed in a path with a space in it. I experienced the issue when running the 2.20.01 demo.

Hi,
this will be corrected in the next nightly build, but until then, you'll have to do things by hand.
Here's what you need to do:
1. open the file /var/log/chaos_installs
2. remove the two lines that say "V-Ray for Maya 2012 ..." (replace 2012 with your version)
3. manually erase the directory where you did the install (f.e. /Applications/ChaosGroup/V-Ray/Maya2012-x64 but yours will be something other I suppose since you overriden the default).
4. You can also manually erase the vray directory (/Appllications/Autodesk/maya2012/Maya.app/Contents/vray or /Appllications/Autodesk/maya2013/vray for maya 2013)
New installs should not detect old ones and try to uninstall them. Please let me know if that worked for you.
Best,

Yes, this worked fine. Excellent. Thank you!
I'm trying to figure out how to remove the environment variables that were created (Mac OS X 10.7.4):
VRAY_FOR_MAYA2012_MAIN_PowerPC
VRAY_FOR_MAYA2012_MAIN_x64
VRAY_FOR_MAYA2012_PLUGINS_PowerPC
VRAY_FOR_MAYA2012_PLUGINS_x64
VRAY_PATH
VRAY_TOOLS_MAYA2012_x64
Any ideas on how to do that?Best Regards,
Fredrik

Edit the file /etc/profile and remove the lines between ### BEGIN CHAOS and ### END CHAOS (including those lines). Also, edit the file /Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/2012-x64/Maya.env and remove the lines between ### BEGIN CHAOS and ### END CHAOS, including those lines.
Best regards,
VladoI only act like I know everything, Rogers.
