Render custom frames with script/txt file

Hi

Does anyone know script (pre render mel or ?) to setup custom render frames?

We have sequence of 2000 frames but need only 150 frames because the sequence is speed up in editing, in order to save render time
ideally we will render only 'visible' frames so if we can type in txt file or script custom frame numbers like 1,5,7,37,496,512,1532 etc...

If you export a .vrscene file, you can list individual frames to render in the SettingsOutput plugin.
