Maya VRay render licences

Can we buy render only licenses for Vray for Maya?
We have 2 copies of Maya Vray (+ another one offsite) but have 60 render machines.
How can we license them? It seem ridiculous to buy 4 more workstation licenses that nobody will ever use.
