Render Elements Documentation

Hello,

Is there a source available describing the various options for individual Render Elements? I have only found this doc page:

But there seems to be no help source the options available. I've recently gotten burned due to not understanding how to use vrayRE_Velocity properly, and I'd like to educate myself better.

The documentation is for 3DSMax but it is also valid for Vray for Maya.
