  • Hiding object from velocity pass...

I have a scene where I am rendering a velocity pass. I have a light in this scene. It is invisible but passes in front of the character. Even though it is invisible however you can see it in the velocity pass. Is there any way to hide it from the velocity pass?

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

which lite is that? I did a quick test with vray sphere and its not visible in velocity when its invisible in the primary buffer (generally how it should be for any object).

      It's a rectangle light.
And I wouldn't say the light is visible necessarily, it's just that the velocity pass of the object underneath it is about 35% darker in the rectangular shape of where the invisible light is.

Do you have filtering enabled for the velocity element?
