Vray Mtl default settings

Can I change default settings for the materials, lights and render settings?

I'll like every time when Maya starts to have my default settings to begin with for all Vray material, lights and render settings.

Is this possible with VRay 2.4 version?

I don't think this is possible.
You can probably use the presets system in Maya to ease the setup.
The other option is to make some scripts that create lights and materials the way you want them.
You can make scripts for the render settings, too.
