Is there a way to have the texture applied to a Vray rect light falloff to transparency?
For example, when a ramp texture (white to black) is mapped to a rect light to create a feathered falloff, the reflected highlight produced from the light includes the black part of the ramp texture which occludes reflections, diffuse and spec components from other lights, like a dome light or other rect lights that are behind the ramp textured mapped light.
If the black in the ramp texture mapped light could be transparent then the reflections would add together with the diffuse/specular components of all the lights affecting the model.
