DR rendering Vray 3.0

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions I am rendering a image using DR and everything starts fine and both computers are working and then the DR session will close. It's seems to be for no reason. It runs longer and shorter at times.

Is this a network connection issue? Is there a fire wall issue?

Anyway any help or suggestions would be great

Can you send us the log files from the workstation and spawner machine?
What is the version/service pack of V-Ray/3DSMax/OS?
Does the issue occur every time on every scene or it appears on random basis.
Does the slave machine connects again after being disconnected?
