Where is V-Ray HDRI map

Does anyone know where to find the V-Ray HDRI map.
It's been suggersted as a solution to a problem I'm experiencing with IBL but I can't find it.
I've searched Google but I can only seem to find this node in Vray for 3dsmax.

There is no VRayHDRI in Maya, just use a regular File node - it's the same thing under the hood in Maya.
