sorry there is no Standalone section so I post here

how can I overwrite the GI path during standalone render ?
or how to run a script to disable/enable some render settings ?
is there an SDK and scene reader ?

It depends on the version you're using.

The night build coming tomorrow will have one new cmd line parameter named "parameterOverride", which makes it possible to override plugin parameters from the command line.
For the current and older builds the only option is to edit the vrscene file as text. There are lots of options - writing python/perl/php scripts, using some unix command line tools as sed/awk/grep, etc.

ok thx but in case I to overwrite a lot value by the new parameter it could happen the cmd line itselft is more 2048 character long
2048 is the limit if I am correct ?!

could be an issue then
vray.exe +scene path +render region XY +save LC path +save IRR pass +dont renderfinal image + save path and more ... could exceed the limit

I think that the limit on windows is 32678. On Linux it is either unlimited or the same as on windows - 32678.
