vrayapp - vray sdk

Apologies if I'm posting this on the wrong forum.
I'm trying to figure out how can I get access to the vrayapp sdk?
Is this a separate product with different functionality compared to vray sdk? What are the differences?

The App SDK is a wrapper around the regular V-Ray C++ SDK that makes it easier to write V-Ray integrations or standalone renderers. F.e. it allows you to either load .vrscene files or build V-Ray scenes programmatically, run a V-Ray render process (either production, or RT GPU), and process the results in some way. It has a number of bindings for C++, C#, Python, Java.
