VRay 3.1 - Where is the new stuff?

I can't seem to find things like quick settings, the light lister, light meter, and the material viewer. Where are these things and how do I access them?

Nevermind...found it! Had to go to Vray tab in render globals, go to Vray UI section, and select "create vray shelf"

My Vray shelf is empty for some reason, in Maya 2015. Even when trying to recreate it.
Is there another way to access the Light Lister and the other new stuff? Or is it 2016 specific?

This was a known issue in the official build which we already fixed. The fix will be available in the next SP.
There you will be able to access the Light Lister and VRay Quick Menu directly through the Maya UI.

For now you can call those with Mel script in the Script Editor:
createVRayQuickSettings;
vrayCreateLightLister;
