  • Real World Size in Galaxy

    Hi Chaos-Group Members!

I would like to know what would be the best approach rendering Galaxy Scenes regarding the Units-Size. Since we have a lot of space shots to do on a project I wanted to know if anyone ever had to such kind of thing and tried a real world size approach? Is the Physical Camera still reliable if I have to scale down the scene by like 1000 ? Should I work in meters instead of centimeters ?

We used to get the Warning that our Scene bounding box is too large all the time.

    Kind Regards
    Pirmin

For the most part you can ignore that warning. Can you explain a bit more what exactly will be in the scenes? Stars? Planets? Galaxies? Using meters or centimeters for might make no sense whatsoever, you might have to use AUs or light years...

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.
