GUI license hold of V-RayMaya 3.5 and 3.6

V-RayMaya 3.50 releases the GUI license immediately after translating the scene by pressing the Render button in MayaGUI.

V-RayMaya 3.60 will hold the GUI license until rendering is completed by pressing the Render button in MayaGUI.

If correct, Can I consider that the behavior has changed since V-Ray 3.60 ?

Yes, the behavior has changed. The GUI license is supposed to be engaged while the whole rendering, along with the Render Node license.
