Can anyone help confirm which ies light scale is correct - Arnold or VRAY please?

Both follow the correct workflow from their own help documentation but give a different result. I need total accuracy on a current project so I need to know how to confirm which scale is correct.

It would be a bit hard to tell from the images alone. Could you share your scenes and the IES profile, so we can have a closer look?
