  • Differences between Dome light Multiplier and camera exposure.

    Hey all,

I've been wondering how Vray treats the two and what the unlying differences are between raising the ISO on the camera, and raising the domeLight multiplier.

There are obvious ones such as textures and shaders not affected by lighting being brightened by exposure and not the domeLight, but say I've got a simple car on asphalt scene and one domeLight. Would raising the exposure essentially be treated the same in Vray as increasing the domeLight HDRI intensity?

    Yes, it's the same thing.
