Render error: "worldNormals render element not found"

Hello,
when I enable Denoiser with Maya 2018.5 and VrayNext, I get allways the Message
"worldNormals render element not found"

How could I solve this?

Hmm works fine for me, did you reinstall vray?

Yes it always worked until a few days ago. So would you suggest to reinstall it again?
If so, just be running the the installer?

Well I use deployed installation (so actually no reinstalling) but I would suppose that a 2018.5 update for maya is a new install, so you would have to reinstall vray too. But if that does not solve the issue potentially it could be vray build that is not working, are you using nightlies?

I still didn't reinstall, because I haven't time (and not sure if that maybe breaks something else, otherwise it would be fast done of course)...
So it's still happening as I did not change anything, but it appears only when I'm rendering a sequence... I will have to reinstall and come back then.

EDIT: the warning is also in IPR, but there it makes at least the denoiser...

Hi yolov,
thanks after today also unforutnately displacement did not work, I reinstalled.
I checked denoiser and now there is a world normals renderlement.
But displacement still doesn't work anymore.
So crazy... I tested now 2 hours to be sure that I am not doing anything wrong. I will post separately as it's maybe another topic...

What do you mean by 'displacement doesn't work anymore' ? Can you give us more details and maybe a scene ?
