Hi,

Is there any reason why all of a sudden V-Ray is unusable? I've been using Maya + V-Ray for half a day and all of a sudden mid session this message appears and am unable to work rest of the day.

The 3034 port claims the online licensing is available but it doesn't work in Maya.

having same issues. Cant access certain tabs in the chaos website as well. Get error that says internal server errors. Try again in 30 secs. Whats going on?

Dongle should be used as a backup for when this happens!
Can't seem to revert backwards though as far as I understood it wasn't possible.

Deadline due monday morning with a planned render over weeked, hopefully this gets resolved ASAP.

Same here snivlem. Hopefully we here from someone at Chaos. They are pretty good about getting things up and running. Keep us updated to see if your stuff starts working.

I'm getting -200 licensing error also. With vray for 3dsmax.

I had the same issue, but I thought it had to do with my license server being out of date. After I updated it it may have come back online altogether anyway.

The issue is fixed now; please let us know if there are further problems. Many apologies for the inconvenience the outage has caused.

We are also working to make sure that temporary connectivity loss doesn't prevent you from rendering.
