Vray fur freezes Vray Next GPU

Hey,

I attached a sample scene of this issue, what you need to do to reproduce the issue is swap engine to Cuda and start the IPR
What happens is that the IPR freezes for like 10 minutes then it starts, it gets stuck on this for 8-10 minutes,




Same happens on starting a production render with Cuda engine. But on CPU engine, the IPR takes like 10 seconds to start and everything seems normal

Thanks for your reply, I have been doing a lot of testing with fur on weekend. I can upload more samples if needed, let me know
Fur renders really fast on GPU, but the freeze issue happens before actual rendering starts, on "Building static SD trees"
This stage takes like 10 minutes, but doesn't crash Vray.. After that, the IPR/production rendering works just fine

the slowdown with the V-Ray Fur was fixed and is you can download the latest stable build where the fix is included. Let us know if you're still experiencing the issue.
