  • Wrong DOF in viewport IPR, doesn't match Frame Buffer IPR

    Hey,

I've been using viewport IPR on daily basis, probably my favorite feature of Next so far
Problem is that I always have to disable DOF, as it is not correct and doesn't match IPR/production rendering in VFB, see below

You can see how DOF is stronger in viewport IPR, and doesn't match what I get in the VFB..
I used the Cuda engine, but this happens with CPU rendering as well

    download scene file here,

    Maya 2018.5
    Vray Next Hotfix 1 V4.04.02
    Mac OS 10.13.6

    Thanks!

        Hi,
sorry for the delay. The issue seems to be in the aperture map parameter (and the attached map). I've reported the issue in our system for fixing and will update the thread as soon as we have a fix. Thanks for the feedback.
