  • Clipper Intersection Shadow Issue

    Hi there,

I have a problem with the VRayClipper when it is used in Intersection Mode. It looks like the shadows are not calculated properly and only the green surface of the mesh is casting a shadow. I have attached two screenshots (Clipper On/Off) and the scene file.

    Hello,

Thanks for the pointer. You are right the shadows are wrong in Intersection mode. I've logged an issue in our system about that (internal number VMAX-8335).

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,

Hm can you share the problem scene for subtraction mode - in my tests it seems to work.

Thank you - now I managed to reproduce both issues and I hope I'll have a fix soon.
