V-Ray IPR window not working

I noticed on the last project I worked the IPR window would not work properly in 3.6. I am noticing the same issue again in V-Ray Next where it disappears and does not ever show the rendering. It doesn't do this on every file, but is the IPR in V-Ray for Maya still facing issues? Perhaps I have a graphic card issue? I can see the viewport V-Ray renderer fine though.

Which OS/Maya version is that? Is it possible that the VFB is simply off-screen? If you right-click on the VFB icon in the V-Ray toolbar, there is an option to reset the VFB position - does it help?

Okay thanks a lot. That makes sense, as it would sort of blip then disappear. I did not know of this feature. Running Maya 2018.5 on Windows 10 with V-Ray Next.
